Overview
Apex Legends has genuinely native 21:9 support with a proper FOV slider, no black bars, no fixes needed. 32:9 is murkier: EA Forums threads report the game misdetecting 49-inch 32:9 panels as 21:9, causing incorrect scaling until manually corrected in-game. Because Apex runs Easy Anti-Cheat at kernel level, avoid any third-party aspect-ratio injection tool — none are needed anyway since the resolution is natively selectable.

Fixes
No known fix yet.
No dedicated fix exists. If 32:9 misdetects as 21:9 in the options menu, try manually re-selecting your exact resolution rather than relying on auto-detect.
