Overview
Destiny 2 is a genuine ultrawide standout — Bungie built in an FOV slider and Hor+ scaling from PC launch, and unlike most games it actually remastered its cinematics for ultrawide instead of leaving them pillarboxed. Multiple independent 5120x1440 gameplay captures show the game running natively with no black bars in normal play. The director/menu screens are the one place that still looks boxed to 16:9 based on community reports.
