Overview

Need for Speed Unbound will run at 5120x1440 and gameplay fills the screen without cropping FOV, but the speedometer, minimap, and top menu bar sit clustered near the center of the screen instead of pushed to the edges. Pre-rendered cutscenes and some UI/subtitle elements get stretched rather than properly reformatted; some players reported launch-era crashes on ultrawide that were later patched.

Fixes

No known fix yet.

No dedicated fix exists for the centered HUD or stretched cutscenes at 32:9 — the game renders correctly otherwise, this is just an unaddressed UI layout gap.

Runs fine, HUD elements just feel bunched toward the middle of the screen.

Working
Playable and FOV looks correct, but cutscenes stretch and HUD doesn't use the extra width.

Verified via EA Forums threads and gameplay footage — 32:9 renders without FOV cropping, but HUD stays centered and cutscenes/subtitles stretch.
