Overview
Rust runs natively at any 21:9 resolution with a correctly widened FOV and a centered HUD, and Facepunch has specifically patched viewmodel/weapon positioning with an offset applied only on ultrawide resolutions to stop guns clipping into the camera — real evidence of active developer support. At 32:9 the world and FOV still scale correctly, but the UI scale slider doesn't always have enough range to keep every panel fully on-screen at the extreme end. No dedicated third-party fix exists or is really needed.

Fixes
No known fix yet.
No dedicated fix exists for this — it's a minor UI-scale-range limitation at the extreme end of 32:9, not something a mod or config edit addresses. Try adjusting the in-game UI scale slider for the best fit.
