Overview
Diablo III has no official ultrawide support and Blizzard has stated on its own forums it isn't planned — standard Fullscreen mode doesn't offer 21:9/32:9 resolutions. The workaround is Fullscreen Windowed mode, which does let a 32:9 panel run Hor+ during actual gameplay, but in-game rendered cutscenes still get odd pillarboxed treatment and menus/loading screens can glitch. Genuinely playable but clunky on 5120x1440, not native.

Already have one of these? It works too
Diablo III (Flawless Widescreen plugin, by HaYDeN)A real module exists in FWS's plugin list, but its changelog shows updates only through the Reaper of Souls era (~2014); try Fullscreen Windowed first since compatibility with the current live build is unconfirmed.
